Executive suites (also known office business centers and serviced offices) provide office space with flexible terms and more services than conventional office space. You rent a private office and share common areas such as the lobby and meeting rooms. You also share a receptionist, copiers, and other office equipment. The centers are already finished with high-end decor, furniture, and amenities. The services provided vary by center, but generally include personalized telephone answering services, high speed Internet access, receptionist services, mail and shipping services, utilities, janitorial service, and building maintenance.

Taking advantage of fully furnished and equipped executive suite spaces can provide huge financial and time savings. An “instant office” eliminates most of the start-up costs associated with traditional office space. Upfront costs like remodeling, furniture and equipment can all be avoided. Monthly costs are greatly reduced through the shared services and spaces included with the monthly fee. These shared items also have tremendous time savings because you do not have to spend your time managing and maintaining them.

During business hours (8am-5pm Mon-Fri), our professional receptionist will answer your calls with a personalized greeting, let you know who is calling, and forward the call to you, or to your voice mail. We also screen out telemarketers and can answer general questions about your business such as your mailing address, fax number, or basic services you provide.

When you are using one of our conference rooms, our receptionist will give your guests a warm greeting, let you know they have arrived, and make them comfortable in our waiting area until you are able to see them.

You’ll never have to stay home waiting for a package again, because we will receive all incoming mail and packages for you and provide you with a private and secure mailbox. Our receptionists can also assist you with outgoing mail and express shipping needs.

Finally, our front desk reception services include sending and receiving faxes for you.

Virtual Office Features and Benefits

A Virtual Office provides all of the benefits of a private office, without the actual full-time private office. We provide your business with any or all of these services:

  • meeting room or day office use. (A day office is an office available for use by the hour that is fully equipped with a desk, and phone) Plug in your laptop and you’re ready to work.

Our office hours are Monday thru Friday 9 AM – 5 PM and you are welcome to come in and collect your mail any time during those hours.

Mail services can be set up the same day the agreement is signed, phone services can take up to 48 business hours to get programmed, or longer if you are porting a preexisting line.
